I was first out of bed this morning and decided to get a glass of milk. I poured one, thinking it looked awfully thick, but thought maybe it was just whole milk or something. Right before (thank goodness) taking a drink,  I realized we'd bought buttermilk by accident. Projectile vomiting would definitely have been a bad way to start my day!

I don't think it really hit me that she was actually gone for good until last night after everything was over.  I'm really going to miss her.

This morning I sat down at my computer, as I do everyday, to check my email and see what's going on in the world.

Mr. Lee's surgery went fine and he's at home and resting at the moment.  He's a little sore and stiff, but that's to be expected when someone takes a Drimmel bit to one of your most bendy joints, right?  :)

If you have a moment, please say a prayer for Mr. Lee tomorrow.  He's going to have knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus.  It shouldn't be a terribly serious surgery, but I'm sure he would appreciate the prayers while the doctors are poking holes in his knee and rooting around in there.

OK, that was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at an airport.  Well, nothing bad happened to me exactly, but I was so unorganized and everything got frustrating!

Today was such an awesome day!

Josh had class in the morning, so Jeoff and I hung out around the house and did various thises and thats until Josh came back home.  Actually, Jeoff was being industrious and doing his homework.  I sat on the couch and dozed with the cat.  :)  Josh left school early and we were on our way!

Today was a busy day! We headed off down the road a way to Mesa Verde, or as I've been calling it (to mess with Mr. Lee) Salsa Verde. It was an amazing drive onto these big, green mountains, and we could see some snow capped mountains in the distance! I woke this morning in my clothes, on top of the covers, and face down in a pile of pillows. Well, I almost had all of my clothes on. Thank God I was wearing two shirts, because I only had the outer one on one arm and the rest of it was wrapped around my head. I must have been extremely sleepy to manage that. I have been on a doctor imposed semi-quarantine (meaning that I haven't been anywhere where I have to sit in a room with people I like for longer than a few minutes) and except for an occasional run to Publix or Target, I've been at home.
